The PULSE Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (M1) aims to meet your company ’s business and technical goals. The PULSE Software Maintenance and Support Agreement keeps your PULSE system up to date and provides access to experts who will provide technical user support when you need it.

  • Secure and reliable PULSE system: Brüel & Kjær makes sure that your PULSE application is kept secure and reliable along with the Windows® and Microsoft® updates. We continuously test our products against the current versions of the Windows® Operating System, including all critical updates.
  • Benefit from the newest technology - Automatic Upgrades: Our development department constantly improves the existing functionality and user interface of PULSE software based on customer feedback. With a valid PULSE Software Maintenance and Support Agreement you will benefit from this.

The Hotline team is backed up by our global team of skilled product specialists and application engineers. With an PULSE Software Maintenance and Support Agreement you will not only have support but you will also be our service and support organisation’s highest priority.
  • Flexibility - Unifes the version of PULSE software: If you have more than one PULSE system, it’s most likely that they are different versions. This gives you less flexibility and/or more cost as operators need to know how to use different programs and interfaces. With the PULSE Software Maintenance and Support Agreement all versions will be updated to the latest version.
